Be Well Be Happy
My Journey to Yoga
I started yoga as a form of physical exercise in 2012 at a time I needed it most. I quickly fell in love with the practice and how it began transforming my life both physically and emotionally through self healing. I aim to help students of all levels challenge and deepen their own practice but also focus on balancing the body, mind, and spirit both on and off the mat in order to live in their fullest and happiest life. You can expect fun, creative, flows and upbeat music in my class!
Having a desire to help and understand people led me to complete a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maine which allows me to better understand my clients from an emotional level. I received my 200 hour yoga training at Wellheart Yoga Maine and went on to receive an extended 50 hours of training in Power Vinyasa at Corepower Yoga Boston, 100 hours of training in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety and Depression at YogaWorks Boston, 300 hours of advanced Vinyasa training in Goa, India, and both Aerial and SUP yoga training in Maine.
Off the mat, I'm most likely planning the next event, retreat, or festival for , Be Well Events , exploring with my pup Winston, or adventuring somewhere around the world.
